Minn Mawia, Yangon, has been accepted as a member of Discipleship Southwestern.

Discipleship Southwestern is an organization that exists to encourage college students in their journey of becoming mature disciples of Jesus Christ. The organization engages the student in a weekly covenant group, service projects, and mission trips in order to challenge students to think about their calling beyond college. Their vision is that students might leave Southwestern College as informed, transformed, equipped, and healthy disciples of Jesus Christ who are prepared to live out their faith at home, work, church, and in the world.

Southwestern College is a private institution granting undergraduate and graduate degrees and is affiliated with the United Methodist Church. About 1,800 students attend classes at the main Winfield campus, at five professional studies sites in Kansas and Oklahoma, or online around the world.
